Christopher Beck




Chris has been in the medical device sales industry for over 15 years. Chris began his career in 2002 when he was hired to be an ASR in the NYC territory for Stryker. He was quickly promoted to a full line rep in 2003 and was a sales rep until 2007; during this time, he won multiple individual awards and was appointed to the presidential advisory council. In 2007 he was then promoted to regional manager for NYC and its surrounding territories. In his first year as regional manager, he won the regional manager and region of the year awards. He built up his region to become the largest most profitable region in the country for Stryker.


In 2010 Chris decided to accept an offer to work for Boston Scientific, the top cardiac stent company in the US. He quickly gained extensive experience selling to a totally different specialty (interventional cardiology), in a much different environment (cath lab) than the operating room.


In 2011 Chris founded and became President of Senops, LLC. Senops focuses their sales efforts to the cardiothoracic surgeons, neurosurgeons, oral surgeons, plastic surgeons, ENT surgeons, and spinal surgeons in NY, NJ, CT, and MA. Senops’s main distribution line is Zimmer Biomet CMF and Thoracic. In 2012 chris was appointed to Biomet’s presidential advisory council and in 2013 and 2014 Chris and his group won the distributorship of the year award.


Chris has hired, mentored, and managed many top sales reps throughout his tenure. At Zimmer Biomet he has hired and mentored the rep of the year in 2013 and 2014, and the runner up in 2015.  At Stryker he hired and mentored the rep of the year in 2009, and the runners up in 2008 and 2007. 

Chris has also mentored many other sales professionals that have had an interest in breaking into medical sales.  He has helped up and comers gain access to entry level positions at some of the top medical companies in the world like Abbot, Zimmer, Stryker, and Ethicon just to name a few.  

Chris and his team at Senops have a vast network of distributors across the country. They are able to tap into this network and grow at a rapid rate across the United States.

Michael Wright



In his 30’s Michael made the difficult transition from Business to Business sales into Medical Device sales.  He came with years of experience in Telecom sales where he won top honors as a sales rep and manager. More recently he was an owner of a Real Estate company specializing in buying, renovating and renting multifamily properties. 


Michael had always wanted to break into the medical device industry and was hired by Stryker in 2009, as a direct rep in New York City. In 2011 he was recruited to Senops. While at Senops he and Christopher Beck were awarded #1 distributorship.  Michael was individually acknowledged as #1 sales rep for Biomet FY13.


Micheal understands the process of how business works and has used his experience in both the business world and in the medical device industry to help grow the distributorship exponentially.  


Michael lives in New Jersey.
